Return Policy
Inspect Your Shipment Upon Delivery
When your shipment arrives, please carefully inspect the packaging for any damage. If there is visible damage, notify the delivery driver immediately and document the condition. If possible, take photos and share them with us—we’ll assist you in processing a refund for your order.
Important: Customers must report damaged or missing items within three business days of delivery.
Returns Processing
Allow 7–10 business days for us to inspect and process your return once it has been received.
Return Timeline: Returns must be initiated and received within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will apply for items returned that are not in brand-new, sellable condition (including original packaging).
Return Freight & Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective or was damaged during its original shipment.
Product Photos & Descriptions Product images on our site are stock photos provided by the manufacturer and may not fully represent the included components.
Please carefully review the item descriptions and part numbers to confirm what’s included in your purchase.
Exchanges Policy We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you’d like to exchange a product, you’ll need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or manufacturer restrictions:
Drain cleaning equipment and other hazardous materials.
Magnetic drills and select industrial equipment. For assistance with these items, please contact a Milwaukee service center for repairs or replacements.
