Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the shipping address. This policy helps protect against fraudulent activity, such as rerouting packages after checkout.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can request the carrier to return the package to our warehouse, and once received, we’ll issue a full refund. You can then place a new order using the correct shipping address.
